What to Drink?


What is good to drink before and after a ride? I prefer Chocolate milk. Especially Carnation Instant Breakfast with Soy Dreams soy milk. Carnation Instant Breakfast is filled with lots of vitamins and nutrients and the soy milk is a healthy alternative to milk. IT comes in powder and liquid form (the liquid form does not need soy milk or anthing added to it). Chocolate Milk as a recovery drink is one of the latest buzzes in the cycling world. Try it out.

Also, Recharge is a great drink to hydrate with during your ride. As an alternate to Gatorade it isn't as sweet and I prefer it. It is what a lot of diabets tend to use. It comes in various flavors made by Knudsen Juices and you can purchase it at Whole Foods.
